Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup rye flakes
- 1 cup flax seeds
- ½ cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 ½ cups coconut or almond milk
- 16 apples, cored and shredded
Preparation
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together
Pour the mixture into a large baking pan (13”x9”)
Bake at 375°F for 1 hour
Note
You may freeze part of it, portioned according to your liking. It is a great on-the-go breakfast or a healthy snack!
